All items from Frosted Darkness Designs are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted

  • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier

  • Tracking information will be provided when available

  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotions

 

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because many of our items are made in small batches or to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
